Network :

one day credit for each hour of downtime

99.9% server uptime guarantee
one day credit for the basis point performance below
the above level.

Replacement of malfunctioning components within less
than two hours
one day credit for each additional four hours taken
with hardware repair
Credit Terms :

Up to 100% of applicable fees on customer's monthly
bill may be credited due to failure to provide service
per the terms of the SLA

Measurement of all data is per a 30 consecutive day
period

No cost, no penalty immediate service termination is
permitted if over any 30 consecutive day period
network downtime exceeds 8 hours.
